The challenge
Sory is a local leader in Sibiu, active for more than 25 years in printing, cartridge refills, personalisation and office supplies. The company wanted to reward loyal customers in a modern way — no plastic cards and no manual processes at the till.
The solution
Sory Club turns the loyalty programme into an app: on every visit, customers scan in the app and collect points that convert into discounts. Members receive monthly rewards, exclusive discounts and quick access to raffles, and new promotions arrive straight on their phone.
The app launched in February 2023 and has been updated continuously. Version 2.0 was rebuilt from the ground up for a faster, smoother experience.
