Who we are

City Apps ("we") is a software studio from Romania. For any question about your data, write to contact@cityapps.studio.

What we collect

Through the contact form we only collect what you send us: name, email address, optionally phone and company, project type, estimated budget and your message.

Why we use it

We use this data only to reply to you and discuss the proposed project. The legal basis is your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for at most 24 months after the last contact, unless we enter a contract, in which case statutory retention periods apply.

Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your data. It may be processed by our infrastructure providers (hosting and email), only for the purpose above and with appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
