The challenge
The oil and gas, shipbuilding, construction and transport sectors in Northern Europe constantly need skilled specialists, often recruited across several countries. The process was fragmented between emails, files and generic job boards, with no clear view of candidates.
The solution
ProBemanning, based in Oslo, now has a dedicated platform with two types of users. Candidates upload their CV once, apply with a single click and receive alerts for matching positions. Employers post jobs and manage applications from a central dashboard with a clear pipeline: under review, interview, rejected, hired.
The platform also enables B2B collaboration: qualified staffing firms can fulfil the workforce needs of other companies. For an international audience, the interface is available in six languages, and the iOS and Android apps let users search for jobs and manage applications on the go.
