The challenge

In Romania, Diakoniewerk International runs day centres, occupational centres, home care and counselling for older people, disadvantaged children, and young people and adults with disabilities. The organisation needed a website that clearly presents its services to beneficiaries and families, while communicating its mission to partners and donors.

The solution

The website puts people and the organisation’s values — inclusion, diversity and dignity — at its centre. Services in Sibiu, Sebeș and Dumbrăveni are presented by beneficiary group, and the link to the international Diakoniewerk network reinforces credibility.

The design is spacious, accessible and easy to navigate for every kind of visitor, including older people.
